Honda inaugurated its new Advanced Design Studio in Los Angeles last week, coinciding with the LA auto show's first press day. It's the third design studio for the Japanese manufacturer in the region and is poised to lead the development of Honda's advanced automobile design activity. The first photo of the baby swoopy-coupe Mercedes CLA45 AMG has been revealed ahead of a New York Auto Show debut in a PS4 Driveclub release. The car that Mercedes hope will give it the edge over BMW and Mercedes in the hot baby premium market – the A45 AMG – has already been revealed, and it looks very promising. But although we’ve got the A45 AMG and all its specs already, we’re yet to see a photo of its swoopy-coupe sibling – the Mercedes CL45 AMG – even though the new CLA range has been revealed.
Jaguar Land Rover has signed a letter of intent with the government of Saudi Arabia to build and operate a production facility in the Kingdom. When we reported in September that Jaguar Land Rover were contemplating building a production plant next to a new aluminium smelting plant in Saudi Arabia, we thought it was a way off.
